5. Program Implementation

Once the program has been designed, agreed upon and contracted, we carefully implement the plans and manage your incentive event to ensure that deadlines are met and obligations are fulfilled. 

6. Development of a Successful Campaign
Much like advertising, incentive programs begin with a formal launch, proceed through a specified time period, and end with an assessment or measurement period. You can count on us to develop and deliver a unified strategy that will insure the success of your program. We will work with you to make sure that everybody involved knows that your contest has launched and what they have to do to win.
 Whether it's motivational e-mails, postcards, brochures or themed gifts, we can help you get the "buzz" out about your upcoming program! We also create a customized website that all involved can have access to, while working to achieve their goals!

7. Travel Documents

We include a professional travel packet for your important guests, each of which will contain airline e-tickets, hotel confirmations, trip itinerary or agenda, luggage tags, name badges, and informative destination and hotel brochures.  We can also include any pertinent information from your company, if requested.

 

8. Customer Service

We are available to support you and your important guests throughout the process.  We will keep you apprised of any updates and/or important information pertaining to your Incentive Travel Program, Corporate Meeting or Event.  We also manage the Trip Registration for you, and are available for your guests should they have any trip or travel related questions about the program:  Guests are encouraged to contact TSEG by our number or email address for any questions or concerns about their upcoming event.  This helps free up your time and allows you to tend to the important day to day needs of managing your business.

10. On-Site Trip Manager . We also include a dedicated on-site trip manager who will oversee your Incentive Travel Program, Corporate Meeting or Event, and ensure that all of the elements of your program run smoothly.  This on-site trip or program manager will be your liason to help with any questions, problems, or needs that you may have during your program.  They will work directly with the hotel and local staff so that you can relax and enjoy your event.

11. Program Assessment and Account Reconciliation
When all the excitement is over, we want to meet with you again to ensure that your expectations we met. Did your program accomplish exactly what you wanted it to? What worked? What didn't? How did the people involved feel? Our specialists will help to assess the effectiveness of the program. Upon its conclusion, we provide complete account reconciliation.
